Sgwrs Nodyn:bug

To be honest, I have no idea of the Welsh for "Buginese". I'd never heard of it before. I've looked it up in several dictionaries and it isn't there and a quick google search doesn't provide any translations. I would say that the Welsh would be either Bugieg as you suggest, or Bwgieg (as this would follow the pattern used with "Bulgarian" -> "Bwlgareg". grin Isn't the new world of panlingual dictionaries wonderful? I found an old bug-nld dictionary on line from 1875 (our wonderful colonial days I'm afraid) and vaguely remembered is was a language in the former Dutch East Indies, but that is all I remembered too.
